There are two special gifts we can give our children
One is Roots, The other is Wings

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God.Your playing small doesn't help the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine as children do.We were born to manifest the glory of God that is within us. It is not just in some of us, it is in everyone. And, as we let our light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

I can't believe how big and beautiful Kathryn is getting. AND Lauren...do you realize she could come home at Christmas with a ring? Does that just scare the pants off you? Wow...kids grow way too fast...I don't think I am ready at all. :)

Thanks on Kathryn being a cutie. She's a little spoiled and is getting "trained" by her brothers, too. Scarey. I'm going to have to see what I'm left with when they are all gone to college in 5 years! As for Lauren, yep, scarey! She's really loving her new college life. She has been ready to take on adulthood for quite a while. I think she's in her element. ;)
